		<description>What I like to do is have a standard text snippet saved on my PC containing the code that I insert into the sidebar. Then I just change the image name ( and possibly the image size) in this to the one I need. As long as all your images are ftp'd up into the same folder this works fine.

It is a big time saver too.</description>
